What's Included
It depends on your project and your AHJ — we check before you pay.
Commercial MEP drawings in San Francisco generally need a California-licensed engineer's seal. Many single-family projects don't. Engineers who seal drawings in California are licensed by the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists.
If your project needs sealed MEP drawings, we confirm during scoping whether a California-licensed engineer can seal your discipline and scope, and we put that in writing in your quote. If we can't arrange the seal for your project, we tell you up front, so you can have your own engineer of record review and seal the set. You never pay for drawings you can't submit.
PE Stamping
100% remote. Fixed price and delivery date, confirmed in writing before we start.
