What's Included
It depends on your project and your AHJ — we check before you pay.
NYC DOB filings need a New York-licensed engineer or architect as applicant of record, so most NYC MEP sets are sealed. We prepare the drawings; the filing is made by your licensed applicant.
Engineers who seal drawings in New York are licensed by the New York State Education Department, Office of the Professions. If your project needs sealed MEP drawings, we confirm during scoping whether a New York-licensed engineer can seal your discipline and scope, and we put that in writing in your quote. If we can't arrange the seal for your project, we tell you up front, so you can have your own engineer of record review and seal the set. You never pay for drawings you can't submit.
PE Stamping
100% remote. Fixed price and delivery date, confirmed in writing before we start.
